  1. When your event/experience is approved and published. This contains the URL of your event/experience. Please click here to see how to get the word out to your customer/viewer/patron base

  2. Once tickets start selling

  3. You/the host/s receive detailed instructions on how to host the event/experience. This is sent out a day or two before the event/experience date.

If you don't see the emails above, please look in your spam/junk folder, or in email tabs such as Promotions, Forums and other such that email providers auto-classify emails into. Please move the email/s to your inbox.
