On successful purchase/booking of the experience, you will first get a confirmation page in your browser. This also contains your viewing link. The confirmation email with the same details is also sent to you. If you did not see a confirmation page first, then the booking was not successfully completed. Please try again.
If you did see a confirmation page and are not seeing the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Also, please check the various email tabs such as Promotions, Forums etc that email providers auto-classify emails into. Please move the email from where you find it, to your inbox.
In case the email isn't there in any of the above places, please do the following:
- Login to My Account
- Click on Orders
- Click on View Details associated with the event/experience in the Upcoming tab
You will get your confirmation page associated with the order from which you can click on the Online Stream Link. This link can only be used in one browser/device at any one time.
